Founded in 1978, Riney has operated as a trusted partner of many Local Authorities and Councils in the London area for almost 50 years, delivering a wide range of highway services and civils engineering schemes.[PH5.1] Today, we offer the same traditional values and quality service whilst driving more sustainable outcomes to the works we deliver across the communities in which we operate.

Riney People

We maintain, manage and operate local authority networks across London and the southeast. We help to support local authorities to create communities where people want to live, work and play.

Our people are experts in the delivery of specialist services which include the maintenance of roads, footways, street lighting and EV charging. Planned maintenance such as carriageway resurfacing and 24/7 365 reactive maintenance services - S278 works, Public Realm, Developer works, Rain gardens, Permeable roads, Flood alleviation, Urban improvement and Infrastructure enhancement.
